Product Director – Personal Auto & Renters Pricing & Growth

Hallmark Financial Services Inc. seeks a Product Director to manage P&L for select states and lines of business, using rate indications, distribution reports, retention analysis and other rate-making tools to increase written premium and profitability. The role also handles underwriting and compliance and develops forms. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, mentor staff, coordinate with regulators as needed, and drive pricing strategy and performance across Auto and Renters lines.
