Retirement Plan Administrator 401K DC Specialist

You will be responsible for all aspects of ERISA Plan Administration including but not limited to: Review of employee census for eligibility determination Allocating contributions (Employer Match Safe Harbor, New Comparability, Integrated, Pro-Rata and non-discrimination testing) Conducting ADP/ACP calculations, testing and correction/refund processes Perform asset reconciliation and Annual Valuation preparation Preparation of Government Filings, including Form 5500, 5500-SF, 5500-EZ, 8955-SSA 5330 Interacting directly with clients Calculation of Vesting schedules Review and processing loans, distributions and required minimum distributions (RMDs) Working with software including Relius, Pension Pro, Office 365 and Adobe Professional What is expected of you to be considered for this position Strong working knowledge of plan design and IRS regulations Excellent verbal and written communication skills QKA / QPA, ASPPA/NIPA designations preferred, (employer provides financial support for designations and continuing education) Why work at Altigro: Altigro is a family-owned business committed to creating a positive and collaborative work environment.
