What We're Looking For: Valid ASHA certification as an SLP with at least 2-3 years of post-certification experience Background in school-based speech-language services Willingness to address diverse communication needs among students Familiarity with supervising SLPA, including support, documentation, progress reporting, and treatment guidance Experience conducting Special Education Eligibility Evaluations (initial and re-evaluations) Comfort attending and presenting at IEP meetings (Initial, Annual, and Re-evals) Skill in writing and updating IEPs for assigned caseloads Adaptability as caseload size and composition may vary with enrollment and student needs
