IP Patent Litigation Associate

Winston Taylor seeks a mid-level litigation associate to bolster its intellectual property practice. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of patent litigation experience, representing both accused infringers and patent owners before district courts, the ITC, and USPTO PTAB proceedings. A degree in electrical or computer engineering or computer science is preferred; USPTO registration is a plus but not required.
