Project Superintendent

What You’ll Be Doing: Lead day-to-day field operations on commercial interior projects Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and site activities Manage project schedules and ensure work stays on track Maintain a safe, organized, and productive jobsite Coordinate with Project Managers, owners, architects, and subcontractors Review plans, specifications, and project documents Oversee quality control and address issues as they arise Manage inspections, punch lists, and project closeout What They’re Looking For:5+ years of experience as a Superintendent in commercial construction Strong background in interiors / tenant build-outs Experience managing subcontractors and multiple trades Strong knowledge of construction plans, schedules, and field operations Excellent communication and organizational skills Chicago-area construction experience preferred Ability to manage projects independently while working closely with the project team What’s Offered:$140K–$165K base salary Local Chicago projects — limited to no travel Strong benefits package Opportunity to work on a variety of commercial interiors projects Stable, established contractor with a strong presence in the Chicago market Interested?
