Architectural Designer

Job Description: A growing commercial real estate company is seeking an Architectural Designer to support a high-volume portfolio of tenant improvement and commercial office projects throughout Colorado. This role is ideal for someone with a background in Interior Design, Architecture, or Commercial Space Planning who enjoys fast-paced project work, collaborating with multiple teams, and seeing their designs come to life. You’ll work closely with development, construction, leasing, and property management teams while supporting new construction initiatives, tenant build‑outs, space modifications, and ongoing design revisions across a large commercial portfolio. This position is best suited for candidates who are passionate about design, drafting, and commercial interiors. Please note that the company does not employ licensed architects, so individuals actively pursuing architectural licensure may not be able to obtain the required work experience hours toward certification while employed here. Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in commercial interiors, tenant improvement (TI), architecture, or commercial space planning Proficiency in Revit Proficiency in AutoCAD Experience creating construction documents and space plans

Experience working directly with brokers and tenants Proficiency with Procore Experience using Procore, Bluebeam, Adobe Creative Suite, or SolidWorks Commercial real estate industry experienceExposure to development or property management environments Job Type & Location This is a Permanent position based out of Broomfield, CO.
