- Full time - 40 hrs a week
- Physician Assistant Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive patient care, including assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
- Conduct physical examinations, review medical histories, and order or interpret diagnostic tests as appropriate.
- Develop treatment plans and prescribe medications in accordance with applicable regulations and organizational policies.
- Educate patients on their conditions, medications, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely clinical documentation.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to coordinate quality patient care.
- Follow established clinical standards, safety protocols, and applicable regulations.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Current, valid, and unrestricted North Carolina license/certification in good standing, as required for the position.
- Minimum of 1 year of recent experience as a Physician Assistant
- Copy of current, completed Primary Source Verification (PSV) from the appropriate licensing board or verification agency, if required.
