What the role actually isThis Staff TPM owns the operating cadence for Agility's next-generation humanoid hardware programs. The work sits between product definition, hardware engineering, operations, go-to-market, service, and launch readiness. What you would work onBuild the integrated program plan across concept, architecture, prototype builds, validation, production, and general availability Track critical path milestones, dependencies, build readiness, and release commitments across hardware, firmware, operations, and service Surface long-lead component risks, resourcing gaps, and technical trade-offs early enough for teams to act Create execution frameworks that make complex robot hardware delivery more predictable What they are asking forStaff-level technical program management experience on complex hardware products Comfort coordinating multidisciplinary engineering, operations, service, and commercial teams Experience with hardware development phases such as EVT, DVT, PVT, production readiness, or launch execution Ability to translate technical risk and schedule movement into clear decisions for senior stakeholders Why this one is worth a lookThis is a hardware-heavy role, but it is still squarely about getting a robot product from definition to a reliable launch.
