Senior Lead, Business Development - Modular Housing Growth

Impact Housing seeks a Senior Lead for Business Development in California to originate third‑party work for our integrated design‑build‑manufacture platform. Targets are affordable and market‑rate multifamily developers, GCs, architects, housing authorities and nonprofits across California, with emphasis on repeat clients. This role owns the top of the funnel, runs first meetings, qualifies opportunities, and hands off to close.
