Duties:
Prepare and present motions, draft summary judgments, and proposed final judgments. Review files for judgment readiness and appear at hearings across multiple circuits. Address post-judgment matters and coordinate with paralegals on pre-hearing logistics. Attend mediations, depositions, and engage with clients and opposing counsel. Maintain and supervise a diversified caseload and draft legal documents. Conduct legal research related to contract law and consumer law issues.
Requirements:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
Minimum 4 years practicing law in a Florida law firm.
Education Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Certifications:
Licensed to practice law in Florida.
SkillsStrong analytical skills and sound judgment. Ability to manage matters independently and with a business-minded approach. Excellent organizational skills and ability to handle a heavy workload.
