Licenses and Certifications:

- Skills & Experience to Be Successful
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from Four-Year College or University
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as Underwriter/Broker
- Bachelor's degree in insurance related discipline (preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years of E&S Wholesale experience (preferred)
- Experience with Excess & Surplus Lines
