Position Descriptor The Early Years Leader / Educational Leader provides pedagogical leadership for the preschool program and leads the delivery of high-quality early childhood education and care. The role is responsible for guiding the teaching and learning approach of the early years team, including approximately 6 staff, incorporating educators and ECW staff, to ensure a consistent, inclusive and evidence-informed program that supports positive outcomes for all children.
