Industrial Design ServicesSpecial Die and Tool, Die Set, Jig, and Fixture ManufacturingAll Other Miscellaneous Fabricated Metal Product ManufacturingWe are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Design Engineering search in the Solon, OH area. Relocation assistance is available to candidates residing outside the Northeast Ohio area.
Responsibilities:
Design forged products and associated tooling Perform FEA for material flow simulation and die stress analysis Conduct Solid Works simulations Improve tooling and troubleshoot production issues Evaluate existing products and apply technical expertise to improve performance Manage multiple ongoing and newly developed projects Develop new products from customer concepts through mass production
Key Requirements:
Experience in forging and/or tooling design Proficiency in 3D modeling Knowledge of Material selection
