Autonomous Wound Care NP - Bronx Territory & Flexible Schedule

Titan Placement Group seeks a Wound Care Nurse Practitioner (APRN) in Bronx, NY, for a full-time, autonomous role across skilled nursing facilities. You will assess and manage wounds, perform debridement, and build trusted facility relationships, with a weekday schedule and no traditional call. You must be a board-certified NP with wound care experience, able to debride independently, and comfortable rounding across facilities in a defined Bronx territory.
