2nd Shift Press Operator

Responsibilities: Operate rubber molding press machines to produce valve seal components Load raw materials into machines and remove finished products Inspect parts for quality and ensure they meet production standards Maintain a clean and organized work area Follow all safety procedures and production guidelines Meet daily production goals Work Environment Hot manufacturing environment Repetitive work with a focus on quality and consistency Standing for long periods Physical Requirements Lift up to 25 pounds as needed Push and pull up to 50 pounds Frequent use of hands for small parts Ability to stand bend and move throughout the shift Qualifications Manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred but not required Strong attention to detail Ability to work overtime as needed Reliable attendance and strong work ethic PPE Requirements Tennis shoes required Safety glasses required kendallville Meet Your Recruiterlmelchi Locally-owned since 1986, Pro Resources is an employment services firm specializing in short-term, long-term and direct hire staffing in the Industrial, Clerical and Professional job markets.
