Director, Healthcare Policy & Federal Advocacy

Pivotal Health is seeking a Director of Advocacy to build and lead the government affairs function from the ground up. You’ll shape strategy, coordinate with external affairs partners, and engage federal agencies, members of Congress, and staff to advance policy priorities. You’ll drive proactive, evidence‑based advocacy, align with the General Counsel and leadership, and scale the function as the company grows, with remote/hybrid flexibility depending on team needs.
