Outside Sales Representative

Responsibilities: Meet face-to-face with customers in their homes and help find the best flooring products for their needs. Generate and respond to hot leads, using the strength of the Empire brand to drive sales and referrals. Represent a quality brand in the industry with a focus on customer service and solution selling.

Qualifications: Valid driver’s license and a vehicle with room for flooring sample boards Valid auto insurance Ability to lift and carry at least 25 lbs Attend sales meetings and training sessions in person and virtually Business Development: achieve a monthly minimum of self-generated sales Availability for evening and weekend appointments Deliver excellent customer service Ability to use a tablet device and measuring tools for diagramming and contract preparation Present professionally, including in Empire-branded apparel Job Details
