Senior Construction Project Manager

• Role: Senior Project Manager• Location: Remote (Seattle Area)• Type: Direct Hire / Permanent• Duration: Full-time Work You Will Do:• Lead complex Energy Services Performance Contracting (ESPC) & Design-Build construction projects ($5M+) across WA State.• Manage full project lifecycles—from pre-construction and subcontracts to Procore docs, budgeting, and final closeout.• Oversee job site safety (OSHA/WISHA), critical path schedules in MS Project, and client/inspector relations. The Successful Candidate Will Possess:• Proven track record executing multi-million dollar S&C & MEP renovations in public-sector (MUSH) markets.• Strong leadership in cost control, change management, and building long-term client relationships.• Valid driver's license and excellent technical communication skills.
