Senior Employment Counsel – Strategic HR & Compliance

CAPTRUST is seeking a full-time Corporate Counsel Employment with substantial employment law experience to join our internal legal team. You will provide practical, business-oriented legal advice on a broad range of employment matters and mitigate legal risk while supporting HR and senior leadership. You will draft and negotiate employment contracts, equity agreements, and restrictive covenants, and advise on hiring, mobility, investigations, and ADA compliance across jurisdictions.
