100% remote Attorney (General Liability/Personal Injury Defense/Premise/Products liability)

We are partnering with an established law firm with a strong presence in insurance defense and complex civil litigation. The firm offers attorneys the opportunity to handle substantial litigation matters for a Fortune 500 home improvement retailer while working in a remote environment.

Manage cases independently while collaborating with attorneys and legal professionals. Develop case strategy and provide practical, business-focused legal advice. Draft and review pleadings, motions, briefs, discovery, and other legal documents. Conduct and defend depositions, hearings, mediations, and other proceedings.

3+ years of experience in personal injury defense or insurance defense litigation or premises liability or products liability matters.. Salary and Other Compensation: The annual salary for this position is between $180,000 – $200,000 annually. Factors which may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
