Assembler I- 6am-2:30pm M-F

Key Responsibilities: Assembly Operations:

• Perform basic assembly tasks such as fastening, gluing, or cutting components.
• Use hand tools and small power tools to assemble millwork products.
• Follow written and verbal instructions, including work orders and diagrams, to complete assigned tasks.
• Quality Control:
• Check components and finished products for defects or inconsistencies.
• Notify supervisors of any quality issues or assembly challenges.
• Safety and Maintenance:
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).Maintain a clean and organized work area to minimize hazards.
• Team Collaboration:
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors and other departments to resolve assembly issues.

Education and Experience: High school diploma or equivalent required. No prior assembly experience necessary; training will be provided. Previous experience in manufacturing, construction, or related fields is a plus.

Skills: Ability to follow instructions and work within a structured process. Basic mechanical aptitude and familiarity with hand tools. Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality. Ability to read and write in English

Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods. Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 pounds.
