Work Arrangement: Remote / HybridAbout the RoleEIM TECHNOLOGY is seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President of Operations to lead company-wide operational strategy, drive business performance, and support sustainable organizational growth. This executive will work closely with the CEO and senior leadership team to oversee daily operations, improve organizational efficiency, and ensure that business objectives are translated into measurable results.

Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute operational strategies aligned with the company's long-term business goals. Oversee company-wide operations, organizational planning, and business performance. Lead and mentor department heads and cross-functional management teams. Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency. Establish performance metrics, monitor KPIs, and drive continuous improvement. Oversee operational budgets, resource allocation, and strategic planning. Identify operational risks and implement effective management procedures. Collaborate with executive leadership on business expansion and organizational development. Ensure operational policies and procedures meet applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in operations management or business leadership.8+ years in a senior executive or director-level leadership position. Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional teams. Strong understanding of technology-driven business operations. Experience in strategic planning, budgeting, and organizational development. Excellent leadership, communication, and decision-making skills. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field required. MBA or other relevant advanced qualifications preferred.
