Unarmed Shift Lead - Flexible Schedule

Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English, and interpersonal skills with ability to deal with all levels of personnel and the general public in a professional and effective manner; must be able to use initiative and independent judgment within established guidelines. Must be able to frequently prepare written reports and logs in neat, legible handwriting. Must be able to read and understand all operating procedures and instructions. Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment. As a condition of employment, employee must successfully complete a background investigation and a post-offer/pre-employment drug/alcohol test, may be required to pass Drivers Record check. Intermediate computer skills to utilize innovative, wireless technology at client-specific sites. Ability to handle both common and crisis situations at the client site, calmly and efficiently. Help patrol our client's facilities and prevent safety hazards, theft, violence, or other infractions before they occur. Respond to emergencies, investigate disturbances, and help ensure the safety and security of people and property. The Lead Security Officer will supervise and coordinate the delivery of quality services on a specific shift at an assigned customer. The Lead Security Officer will act as a liaison between the Account Manager, and professional security officers. Shifts: Flex Scheduling to start, Priority assignment for next available shift. Duties and responsibilities included but not limited to: Understand and comply with Prosegur and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions. Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures. This position will require you to be customer service oriented and have basic to intermediate computer skills, as well as effective written and oral communication skills. Post dress code may vary from a suit and tie, or tactical Qualifications we are looking for: High School Diploma or GED required. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Driver's License Clean driving record and valid driver license Capable of following complex instructions Strong interpersonal skills Willingness to participate in the company's screening process, including drug screen and background investigation. Knowledge of security operations and procedures Physical Requirements: This position requires significant physical activity throughout the shift. Officers must be able to: Walk and stand for extended periods (including completing multiple rounds and patrols of up to 1-2 miles per shift) Frequently climb stairs, ramps, or ladders as required by site patrol routes Work indoors and outdoors in varying weather conditions Maintain alertness and situational awareness during all patrols Occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds These physical requirements are essential to performing the job successfully.
