Job Description: Production Manager | Landscape Maintenance Operations Yardnique Family of Companies Join one of the nation’s Top 25 landscape companies. We are seeking an experienced Production Managerto lead landscape maintenance operations, manage crews, maintain quality standards, and ensure our customers receive exceptional service.

What You’ll Do: Manage landscape maintenance contracts and daily production schedules Lead, train, coach, and support Crew Leaders and maintenance crews Oversee multiple properties and ensure work meets Yardnique quality standards Conduct regular property inspections and identify opportunities for improvement Work closely with Account Managers to ensure contract expectations are met Manage labor, productivity, scheduling, materials, and equipment Monitor budgets, reporting, billing, and operational performance Build strong working relationships with customers Ensure employee time is recorded accurately Maintain a strong culture ofsafety, accountability, and teamwork Provide ongoing coaching, training, performance feedback, and leadership Travel between assigned properties throughout the workday

What We’re Looking For: 3–5 years of related landscape maintenance or production management experience Experience supervising landscape crews, Crew Leaders, or similar field teams Strong knowledge of commercial landscape maintenance operations Proven leadership and employee coaching abilities Ability to manage schedules, labor, quality, and multiple properties Strong customer communication and relationship-building skills Basic proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Strong commitment to workplace and jobsite safety Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred Why Yardnique?
