Our client is building its commercial sales team and seeking experienced field sales professionals to expand awareness and adoption. This territory-based opportunity combines a medical device launch with significant earning potential and no overnight travel. The Opportunity Territory: Salt Lake City, UT. Field sales role with no overnight travel. Call on endocrinologists, primary care providers and specialty clinics. Educate healthcare providers on clinical benefits and drive product adoption. Build strong provider relationships through consultative selling. Compensation & Highlights Total first-year compensation: $220,000-$300,000++.
Base salary:
$90,000-$120,000. Target commissions and bonus: $80,000-$160,000++. Top-performer opportunity: $350,000-$400,000 OTE. Car allowance. Equity opportunity with a startup healthcare company. What You'll Bring 1-5 years of pharmaceutical sales experience OR 2+ years of medical device sales experience. Endocrine or diabetes experience strongly preferred, but not required. Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills. Comfort engaging healthcare providers and influencing product adoption.
