Summary of Position:
The Legal Specialist is responsible for preparing case files for court hearings, entering court depositions including order entry, and completing actions on referrals from Staff Attorneys for court follow-up actions. This individual represents YoungWilliams and the State Agency by providing outstanding customer service and accurate follow-through actions for all inquiries and referrals.

Required Education High School graduate or GED; Associate's Degree preferred
Required Experience: Knowledge of federal and state child support policies and procedures
One year experience with the judicial process involved in the enforcement and establishment of child support orders preferred
