Biotech Corporate Counsel: Strategic Partnerships

Freenome seeks a Corporate Counsel to provide practical, business-minded legal support across clinical, commercial, research, technology and strategic partnerships. You will draft and negotiate a broad range of agreements, advise on risk, and manage matters from intake through signature and closeout. You will partner with Clinical, Commercial, Corporate Development, Procurement, Finance, Quality, Regulatory, Info Sec, Product and Engineering, reporting to the Director, Corporate Counsel.
