Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement the U.S. environmental liability underwriting strategy, including pricing models and workflow improvements
Underwrite and manage a profitable book of environmental liability business across various pollution products
Lead, recruit, and develop the ESG Risk Solutions underwriting team while identifying new business opportunities
Required Qualifications:
Strong financial analysis background
Experience with site pollution, CPL, XS Pollution, and combined casualty/pollution products
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite applications
Strong presentation and interpersonal skills
Ability to create and maintain broker relationships nationwide
