Team Member Requirements: Previous restaurant kitchen experience Must be 18 years of age or older Ability to work flexible shifts Demonstrate positive attitude, initiative and enthusiasm Be organized and clean throughout the shift Prepare delicious---gourmet food Exhibit teamwork and effective communication Cross train and work in multiple kitchen stations, prep, dish, garnish, grill Maintain a clean kitchen, practice good sanitation skills, attend to special requests & keep guests happy About Mendo: We were founded with the vision to offer so much more than food, and since 2005, weve never let the spark of happiness go out!
