Engineering Manager – Store Order Management & Systems

H-E-B is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to lead two engineering squads within Store Order Management, tying store demand to warehouses, transportation, and store fulfillment. You will partner with Product, Supply Chain, and Digital teams to deliver value and drive architectural decisions across multiple systems. You will mentor engineers, help hire and grow talent, and champion modern engineering practices, reliability, and operational excellence in a fast-paced retail environment.
