Senior Parks & Recreation Programs Leader

The City of Lubbock is seeking a Director of Parks & Recreation to plan, coordinate, direct and evaluate a comprehensive program of park and recreation services. You will lead management of major facilities, develop priorities, ensure efficiency, and represent the department in public meetings. You will supervise staff, manage budget oversight, and promote strong community relations while advancing professional standards and service quality.
