Financial Markets and Regulatory Associate

Job Overview: A law firm seeks a highly qualified Financial Markets and Regulatory Associate to join its dynamic practice group in Washington, D.C.

The ideal candidate will have: 3-5 years of experience in financial services, including securities and derivatives, and expertise in negotiating trading agreements. Experience with digital assets and blockchain technology is preferred.

Duties: Provide legal advice on financial services, securities, and derivatives. Negotiate and draft trading agreements. Advise on matters involving digital assets and blockchain technology. Conduct legal research and analysis.

Requirements: 3-5 years of relevant experience in financial services. Strong writing and analytical skills. Admitted to the bar in Illinois, New York, or Washington, D.C., or eligible to waive in.

Education: Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
