Building Security Supervisor - 2nd Shift

What you'll do: Supervise Security Officers, ensuring proper performance and compliance with duties and security procedures. Monitor alarms, cameras, and conduct patrols to ensure staff adherence and security of the property. Track time and attendance, address performance or attendance issues, and communicate key information to management. Conduct pre-shift briefings, provide training to Security personnel, and oversee security across all United Center buildings. Be available for overnight shifts and additional responsibilities as needed.

What you'll need: Ability to supervise security team members during assigned shifts. Ability to read and interpret safety rules, manuals, and write reports. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Security programs. Ability to solve problems, and handle situations with limited standardization. One-year certificate from college or technical school, or 3–6 months related experience or training. PERC Card certification, CPR & AED, and valid driver's license. Stand, walk, and sit up to 1/3 of the workday: Lift up to 10 pounds for up to 1/3 of the day. The pay range for this role is $25.50 per hour. Actual compensation packages are based on several factors that are unique to each candidate, including but not limited to skill set, depth of experience, certifications, and specific work location.
