Experience as MRP coordinator in aerospace. Handling MRB activities, NCs, QN, and concessions of metallic parts/structures. Detailed sizing of metallic parts/structures. Creating substantiation of Non-conformances on engine/structural metallic components. Knowledge of metallic material properties. Familiarity with elastomers, assemblies, fluid systems, and electronic components. Proficiency in CAD modeling, SAP, PDM, SolidWorks, EPDM, FEM modeling (Ansys), tolerance stack analysis, MS Word, MS Excel, and Mathcad. Understanding of aerospace structural/engines/systems. Experience with aircraft components certification report and evaluation of NCs. Familiarity with FAA and EASA specifications. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Experience managing out-of-box returns (OOB) and driving RCCA for non-conforming products. Responsibility for MRB inventory and QN count metric daily. Collaboration with Purchasing Team on return to vendor (RTV) actions and issuing concessions to end customers. Travel to suppliers as per assignment requirement. Ability to organize, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change. Minimum Bachelor's degree in Science or Engineering or Associate's degree in Engineering with 4 years of relevant experience or Diploma with minimum 7 years of relevant experience. US Citizenship required per ITAR regulations. Strong background in QNs, concessions, and MRB. Strong problem-solving skills. Experience in process control awareness preferred. Ability to obtain/maintain Security Clearance. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Experience working with customer specifications and standards. Skills in detailed design and experience with 2D drawings. Experience with QN, NC process, and disposition creation. Stress analysis of metallic parts knowledge. Ansys tool experience. Knowledge of out of box returns (OOB) and RCCA. Manufacturing and material knowledge. Coordination and liaison experience.
