About the Role: Position: Construction Site Contracts Manager

Location: Chicago, IL

Summary: Join our team as a Contracts Supervisor/Manager to oversee and optimize production operations at our construction sites. With a focus on improving efficiency, quality, and employee performance, you’ll play a pivotal role in ensuring smooth operations across all production stages. Bring your experience in production management, quality control, and staff leadership to make an impact in this hands-on, dynamic role.

Qualifications: Experience in Construction is desired. Five plus years of experience in procurement and contract administration, working on a variety of projects to include technology-based clients Strong understanding of contract requirements and the preparation of RFPs/RFIs Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships Ability to establish and build successful supplier relationships Experience in planning, leading and structuring negotiations with both internal and external customers and suppliers to optimize value Effective time management and organizational skills Proficiency and experience with various procurement methodologies and sourcing techniques Ability to operate and execute effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and challenging deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication, influencing and persuasion skills Results-focused, with a proactive approach to workload

Hard Skill Requirements: Arriba and Microsoft Suite Construction Knowledge with Contracts Experience Data Center Experience (Preferred, Not Required)

Salary Range: $145,000 - 155,000 Annually-Factors that may affect pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
