Assignment Length: 8 Weeks
Credentialing: 6 weeks (potential for emergency credentialing)
Position Highlights
Schedule: Monday Friday, 7:30 AM 5:00 PMNo call, no weekends 100% outpatient setting
Clinical Details Patient Volume: patients per day
Setting: 12-bed symptom management clinic + infusion supportEMR: Epic
Responsibilities:
Provide care for hematology/oncology patients experiencing acute chemotherapy-related side effects:
- Nausea, vomiting
- DehydrationFeverManage outpatient oncology cases and support infusion suite patients with medication reactions
- No critical care responsibilities
- Not required to respond to codes
Requirements:
- NP or PA (Board Certified)
- Active North Carolina license (clean)BLS (AHA) and DEA required
- Hematology/Oncology experience strongly preferred
- ProcessName must be cleared with recruiter prior to full submission
- Full presentation required for department review interview offer
