Carter Murray is seeking a remote Insurance Defense Attorney to join a well-established and growing insurance defense law firm. This fully remote position offers ownership of a diverse litigation caseload and the flexibility to work from anywhere in the United States. Responsibilities include managing cases from inception through resolution, handling discovery, drafting pleadings, attending hearings and mediations, and negotiating settlements.
