Plant Manager / Manufacturing Ops Lead

Key Responsibilities: Provide overall leadership for manufacturing and warehouse operations with accountability across Safety, Quality, Delivery, Inventory and Cost (SQDIC)Lead, develop and hold accountable a team of functional leaders across the operation Identify operational gaps and implement sustainable process improvements Drive Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the facility Establish and utilize KPIs and daily management tools to improve plant performance Partner with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Customer Service and other functions to support business objectives Oversee production planning, inventory, warehouse/distribution and fulfillment activities Manage operating budgets, cost controls and capital improvement initiatives Support S&OP and capacity planning, particularly around seasonal production requirements Build scalable processes and operating disciplines that position the facility for long-term success What We're Looking For 10+ years of progressive leadership experience within manufacturing and/or plant operations Previous Plant Manager, Operations Manager, Manufacturing Manager or comparable leadership experience Demonstrated success improving safety, quality, productivity, delivery and cost Strong background in Lean Manufacturing / Continuous Improvement Experience leading and developing managers and frontline leadership Strong financial and business acumen with experience managing budgets and operational KPIsAbility to balance strategic leadership with a willingness to be visible and hands-on within the operation Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations, Business or related discipline preferred Six Sigma, Lean or related continuous improvement certification is a plus
