Job Description: This position may qualify for a sign-on bonus Decontaminates, cleans and sterilizes equipment, instruments and supplies. Assembles and maintains inventories of surgical and floor trays. Completes established competencies for the position within designated introductory period. Other related duties as assigned. QualificationsMINIMUM EDUCATION: High School Graduate or equivalentMINIMUM EXPERIENCE: Experience in sterile processing or as a surgical technicianREQUIRED CERTIFICATIONS/LICENSURE: Credentialed as a Certified Sterile Processing Technician. Must be certified within one (1) year from date of hire or transfer into position.
