In this role, you’ll assist with daily living activities, offer emotional support, monitor comfort and basic health needs, and communicate changes to care supervisors. You will build trusting, long‑term relationships with clients and families while upholding dignity and respect. Provide compassionate in‑home support with activities of daily living, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility assistance. Monitor client comfort, basic health status, and home safety, reporting changes promptly to supervisors or clinical staff. Offer companionship, emotional support, and meaningful engagement to reduce isolation and enhance quality of life. Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and errands to support a safe, organized home environment. Follow individualized care plans, document client interactions accurately, and maintain client confidentiality. Communicate clearly with clients, families, and the care team to coordinate services and address concerns. Support medication reminders as directed and observe for potential side effects or changes in condition.
