Seasonal Tax Manager (EA, CPA)

Key responsibilities: Audit timekeeping and daily statuses using tools like Power BI, ADP, Slack, and Teams to ensure operational accuracy Serve as Manager on Duty (MOD), providing leadership and support for a team of over 1,000 tax experts Monitor system statuses and enforce queue discipline while addressing high-priority issues through multi-channel communication

Required qualifications: Must be an EA, CPA, or Practicing Attorney with an active, unrestricted credential Active Preparer Tax Identification Number (PTIN) required by start date Experience managing teams of 30+ in a high-volume customer experience setting Ability to operate within custom software and manage tasks across multiple remote platforms Designated distraction-free remote work environment with a reliable hard-wired internet connection
