Key responsibilities:
Execute fund movements and monitor account balances to maintain liquidity for payouts in multiple currencies
Act as the primary contact for liquidity providers and banking partners, coordinating necessary account management tasks
Reconcile bank and liquidity provider statements, ensuring accuracy and resolving discrepancies as needed Required qualifications 3-5+ years of hands-on treasury or liquidity operations experience in a crypto exchange, fintech, or financial institution
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
Experience managing multi-market liquidity, including fiat and stablecoin transactions across various banks and providers
Direct experience with wire/ACH/SWIFT payments and spot FX or stablecoin conversions
Familiarity with crypto custody/settlement platforms and strong reconciliation skills
