Clinical Lab Compliance & Operations Manager

MLK Community Healthcare in Los Angeles, CA, seeks a Laboratory Manager reporting to the Director of Laboratory Services to oversee the daily operation of the clinical laboratory and assist with compliance, quality assurance and LIS issues. Responsible for directing technical and supervisory activities, maintaining safety, inventory controls, and staff training, while ensuring adherence to CAP, AABB, FDA, OSHA and JCAHO standards.
