Program Management Specialist, Senior

Salary Range: $120,000.00 To $175,000.00 Annually Manage the full lifecycle of key initiatives, from planning and requirements definition to execution and delivery, lead high-visibility programmatic efforts for a critical Department of War cybersecurity program. Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and risk management plans. Ensure program objectives are met on schedule while collaborating with cross functional teams. Oversee system testing activities and provide mentorship to junior staff members. Some travel within the U.S. may be required. Required Skills/Experience 10+ years of experience in a professional work environment supporting the DoDKeen stakeholder engagement and communication skills Flexible, responsive, and outcome driven support to the RTSO APMExperience in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Microsoft Teams for collaboration Ability to learn new technologies and concepts quickly Ability to work cooperatively as a team member Secret clearance Bachelor’s degree Nice If You Have: Experience with Navy SIGINT systems Business Financial Management and/or Spend Plan Management experienceTS/SCI clearance Master's degreePMP Certification Agile Certification(s)
