Contracts Lawyer Service Care Legal are recruiting for an experienced Contracts Lawyer to join an established public sector legal team.
Role: Contracts Lawyer
Location: Essex (full remote)
Rate: £65–£70ph Umbrella / £61.10ph PAYE inc. holiday pay / £55.41ph PAYE exc. holiday pay Contract: 3 Months Rolling
The Role: You'll independently manage a varied caseload and advising on complex and high-value work covering:
  • Commercial contracts
  • ProcurementConstruction matters, including JCT and NECKey Requirements
  • Qualified lawyer with strong contracts/commercial experience
  • Experience with procurement and construction contractsJCT/NEC experience essential
  • Local authority/public sector experience preferred
