Key responsibilities: Build a strong pipeline of potential clients through proactive prospecting, networking, and marketing efforts Present customized insurance solutions to meet clients' specific needs, including homeowners and auto coverage Establish and maintain long-term relationships with clients, acting as a trusted advisor for their insurance needs

Required qualifications: Valid Property and Casualty License 3 years of experience in personal lines sales Strong understanding of homeowners and personal auto coverage Ability to work well under pressure in a team environment Excellent interpersonal skills, including effective verbal and written communication
