Growth Marketer, Evergreen Funnels

About us: Biohacking Bestie is a women's health brand built around cycle syncing and hormonal health — a ten-SKU supplement line, a cycle-syncing app, and a set of online courses for women navigating fertility, postpartum, and weight loss. It grew out of Biohack Like a Woman, which has sold roughly 200,000 copies in 15 languages, and an audience of about 1.5M on Instagram and 700K on TikTok. The audience is there. The products are there. What we don't have yet is someone whose whole job is turning attention into enrolled students, on repeat, without a live launch every time. That's this role.
The role: Growth Marketer, Evergreen Funnels — full-time, fully remote, reporting directly to our founder. You'll own the evergreen funnel engine behind our online courses: the paths that take someone from a Reel or a podcast episode to a paid enrollment, running every day whether or not anyone is launching anything. You'll build them, instrument them, and then spend your weeks finding and fixing the places where they leak. This is a builder's job, not a manager's. You'll work with our creative, design, and ops people, but you are the one accountable for the funnels converting. What you'll own Evergreen course funnels. Design, build, and launch always-on funnels for our course catalog — webinar and VSL paths, challenge and quiz funnels, application flows, order bumps, and upsells. Get at least one running profitably, then replicate the pattern across the rest. Conversion, end to end. Landing pages, checkout, and the whole path between. You'll run the testing calendar — hooks, headlines, offers, pricing presentation, page structure — and you'll know why something won, not just that it did. Email and lifecycle. Nurture sequences, segmentation, cart abandon, win-back, and post-purchase in Klaviyo. Our list is one of our biggest assets and it should be working harder than it is. Measurement. Attribution and tracking that we can trust, a dashboard the founder can read in two minutes, and a weekly number: cost per lead, lead-to-sale, EPC, refund rate, and contribution margin per funnel. Traffic. You'll brief and direct paid social against funnel economics, and you'll work with our content team so what gets posted feeds something. The occasional live launch. We still run them. You'll help make them work and then turn what worked into something evergreen. What you've done before We care about what you've built, not how many years it took. Built and launched evergreen funnels for online courses or digital products — not just managed someone else's. You can name the offers, the traffic source, and roughly what they did. Owned a revenue number for a funnel, and can walk us through a time you diagnosed why one stopped converting and what you changed. Fluent in the stack: a funnel or page builder (Kajabi, ClickFunnels, Kartra, Webflow, or similar), Klaviyo or an equivalent ESP, and analytics and tracking setup (GA4, pixels, server-side, UTM discipline). Can write. You don't need to be our copywriter, but you need to write a subject line, a hook, and a sales page section well enough to test it yourself on a Tuesday afternoon. Comfortable in a consumer brand where the founder is the face of the product, and comfortable writing for women about their bodies without being weird about it. How you work You actually use AI, daily. Not "familiar with ChatGPT." We mean you've built things with it — automations that run without you, research and analysis workflows, variant generation for testing, a custom GPT or agent that does a job you used to do by hand. You'll be asked in the interview to show us one. If your honest answer is that you paste prompts into a chat window a few times a week, this role will frustrate you. You're a self-starter, in the specific sense. Nobody here will hand you a roadmap. You'll be given a revenue goal and the keys, and you're expected to come back with the plan. You ship a rough version this week instead of a perfect one next month, and you say what you're going to do before you're asked. You're honest about numbers. You'll tell the founder a funnel isn't working before she has to ask. We'd rather hear a bad number early than a good story late. You care about the customer, not just the conversion. We sell to women who have been sold to badly for a long time. Nothing manipulative, no fake scarcity, no made-up claims. The offer has to be true.
Bonus points:
  • None of these are required.
  • You've grown a DTC supplement or subscription business, and know what LTV and churn work looks like
  • You've worked with a creator-led or personal brand at scale
  • You've run paid social yourself at meaningful spend
  • You've built with ManyChat or DM automation
  • You have a personal interest in women's health, hormones, or longevity — or you're one of the women we serve

Type: Full-time
Location: Fully remote, LA preferred
Reports to: Founder
Compensation: Competitive base, with performance upside tied to funnel revenue. Tell us your expectations when you apply.
How to apply: Send your résumé or LinkedIn profile, plus a short note covering two things: One evergreen funnel you built. What the offer was, where the traffic came from, and what it did. One thing you've built with AI that saves you real time. A link, a screenshot, or three sentences — whatever shows it. Applications without those two things won't be read. We'd rather see one specific example than a cover letter.
