Luxury Retail Assistant Manager - Client Experience

Hermès Chicago Boutique is seeking an Assistant Manager to partner with the Managing Director and Floor Director to run all aspects of the business, including sales growth, client development via CRM, and staff coaching in a fast-paced luxury environment. You will supervise daily operations, model exemplary service on the shop floor, coach colleagues, analyze sales data, and coordinate seasonal trainings and recruiting efforts to maintain Hermès standards and an exceptional client experience.
