What You'll Do:
- Lead healthcare electrical projects from preconstruction through closeout
- Manage budgets, schedules, manpower planning, procurement, and subcontractors
- Handle RFIs, submittals, change orders, pay applications, and project documentation
- Coordinate with owners, general contractors, engineers, and AHCA representatives
- Oversee QA/QC, safety, commissioning, punch list, and project closeout activities
What We're Looking For:
- 5–10+ years of Electrical Project Management experience
- Strong electrical systems knowledge and full project lifecycle management experience
- Experience with AHCA plan reviews, approvals, inspections, and documentation
- Experience working in occupied healthcare environments, shutdowns, and infection control procedures
- Strong understanding of NEC, NFPA 70, NFPA 99, NFPA 101, OSHA, emergency power, fire alarm, nurse call, and low-voltage systems
- Preferred Software Experience:
