To support a global law firm, the part-time Contract Attorney will manage employment-based immigration filings, provide legal analysis, and ensure compliance with regulations while working remotely on a project basis.

Key responsibilities: Conduct legal research, supervise paralegal work, and ensure compliance with case management technology standards Assess eligibility for corporate foreign national employees and prepare visa petitions and related filings Advise client stakeholders on immigration program management and draft supporting legal documents

Required qualifications: J.D. or LL.M. with State Bar Membership Experience in employment-based immigration law Strong legal writing skills Working knowledge of U.S. business immigration law Ability to draft and proofread independently
